The Founding Team has a cumulative experience of 40+ years in Human Resources across wide range of assignments and across multiple sectors. Besides this, the Organisation has an external network of Subject Matter Experts and engages them in assignments to render best value to the Client.
What is the duration of consulting engagements undertaken by Growth Amplifiers?
We work on time-bound projects with duration extending from approximately 1 to 3 months basis the mutually agreed scope of work and achievement of intended objectives. We also have clients who we work with on Retainership basis as also Clients who have onboarded us and engage us basis expertise required.
What kind of consulting fee does Growth Amplifiers Team charge?
The commercials for projects are decided at the onset of the engagement with mutual agreement on time, scope of work and work delivery. The monthly retainership agreements are defined basis areas of work and effort estimated. In our experience, these are also trust based engagements and we are quite discerning in working on these.
