Shagun Jaina
Co-Founder
Shagun is the Co-Founder and has a rich experience of over 2O years across critical HRM domains of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Executive Hiring, Organisation Development, Performance Management and HR Technology Implementations. Prior to co-founding Growth Amplifiers, she worked in ITC Limited for over 17 years, across its diversified businesses of FMCG, Retail and Hospitality.
Shagun is postgraduate in Management from SCMHRD, Pune and a graduate in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University. She has also pursued ‘Senior Executive Development Program in Building CHROs’ from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International™ (SPHRi™).
