Challenge
- All employees in the Organisation work remotely (WFH or Client locations)
- Employees meet thrice a year for review of Organisation performance and next quarter goals
- Need for common values to bind them together
Solution
- Conducting iterative discussions with the Founders and Leadership team
- From a list of plausible values, finalising Four Values which the team resonated with
- Elaborating these Values – Definition, What it means, What it does not
- Building Case studies for each value for effective communication
Impact
- A Value Playbook was designed
- Value assessment and Question bank was created for assessment at the time of hiring as also performance appraisal
- Value Playbook along with case studies were created for onboarding new team members
